Your Questions, Answered

  • For perfect texture and zero thawing, we recommend a designated freezer set to 18°F. Our two favorites:

    • Insignia 3.5 cu ft chest freezer ($150 at Best Buy): link

    • Inkbird external thermometer ($25 on Amazon): link

    With this combo, your bowls are always ready to eat. Just take one out, add your toppings, and you've got a fresh bowl in 30 seconds. No thawing, no waiting.

    A regular freezer works just fine too. You'll just need to thaw your bowl on the counter for a little, or put it in the microwave on defrost for 30 seconds at a time, just enough to be able to eat.

  • Yes. Update your blends, granolas, and drizzles anytime through your account before Sunday at midnight. If you don't change anything, your previous week's selection rolls over.

  • Anytime, from your account. No fees, no waiting period.

  • Yes. Pause for 1, 2, or 4 weeks anytime through your account.

  • No worries. Bowls keep great frozen for weeks, so we'll save them for the next pickup window. Reach out and we'll do our best to coordinate a close pickup date that fits your schedule.

  • Yes! We currently offer Berry Box delivery throughout Lakewood Ranch and Parrish for a $5 delivery fee. Free pickup is also available at our Lakewood Ranch warehouse. If we don’t currently deliver to your area, feel free to reach out and we’ll see if we can work something out!

  • Each blend has different ingredients. Here's what's in each:

    • Acai Blend: Dairy-free and vegan. No gluten ingredients. Contains tree nuts (almond milk).

    • Tropical Blend: Dairy-free, nut-free, vegan. No gluten ingredients.

    • Protein Blend: No gluten ingredients. Contains nuts (almond milk), peanuts, dairy (whey), soy (Nutella) and hazelnuts (Nutella) .

    Heads up: our production facility handles a wide range of ingredients including dairy, nuts, peanuts, and gluten. We do our best to keep things clean, but we can't guarantee against cross-contamination. If you have a serious allergy, please reach out before subscribing and we'll talk through it directly.
