For perfect texture and zero thawing, we recommend a designated freezer set to 18°F. Our two favorites:

With this combo, your bowls are always ready to eat. Just take one out, add your toppings, and you've got a fresh bowl in 30 seconds. No thawing, no waiting.
A regular freezer works just fine too. You'll just need to thaw your bowl on the counter for a little, or put it in the microwave on defrost for 30 seconds at a time, just enough to be able to eat.

Yes. Update your blends, granolas, and drizzles anytime through your account before Sunday at midnight. If you don't change anything, your previous week's selection rolls over.

Each blend has different ingredients. Here's what's in each:
Acai Blend: Dairy-free and vegan. No gluten ingredients. Contains tree nuts (almond milk).
Tropical Blend: Dairy-free, nut-free, vegan. No gluten ingredients.
Protein Blend: No gluten ingredients. Contains nuts (almond milk), peanuts, dairy (whey), soy (Nutella) and hazelnuts (Nutella) .
Heads up: our production facility handles a wide range of ingredients including dairy, nuts, peanuts, and gluten. We do our best to keep things clean, but we can't guarantee against cross-contamination. If you have a serious allergy, please reach out before subscribing and we'll talk through it directly.
